By using our easy to navigate
website, find the product you wish to order and
make your selection by clicking the "Add
to Cart" button on the Product detail page.
When you are ready to checkout, click on the "shopping
cart" link (located on the top right), and
then proceed by clicking on "Checkout"
on the Shopping Cart page.
What are your
price guarantees?
Our broad inventory and tremendous buying power
enables us to stock every make and model from
the most standard to the latest technology as
well as a full line of accessories. This allows
us to offer you the items you want at the right
price without the wait. Prices are for mail order
only. Due to price fluctuation on some products
we can not always offer price protection on already
shipped products.
What payment
methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods, such
as All Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, and Diners Club), C.O.D. (which
may require a credit card deposit), Money Orders,
Personal Cheques, and Wire Transfers. Personal
cheques, Money Orders and Bank Cheques may be
held for up to 5-10 days or until funds are cleared.

What
is your General Ordering Policy?
For your security, all orders are go through a
thorough verification procedure before they are
shipped and must receive final approval by our
credit card verification process service department.
If the Shipping address on your order is different
from your billing address (which must match the
address to which your monthly credit card statement
is sent), please use the number on the back of
your credit card to contact your credit card company
and create a "Secondary Shipping Address",
which is simply a note on your account authorizing
purchases that are delivered to a destination
other than your billing address. Failure to do
so may considerably delay the processing of your
order. Images and specifications are for illustrative
purposes only. uksoftwaretech will not sell products
to resellers under any circumstance. We also reserve
the right to limit any product to one per customer.
Pricing and availability are subject to change
without notice. We are not responsible for typographical
errors on the website. We also reserve the right
to refuse or cancel any order. If you were already
charged we will issue you a full reimbursement.
Receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute
a final transaction. We may contact you regarding
adjustments to your order, including but not limited
to VAT and shipping which you will be informed
of prior to Invoice. You will receive your final statement
(receipt) with the arrival of your package. Promotional
offers are limited to one per household. Promotion
may be withdrawn without notice and are subject
to company.
What
is your policy regarding International Orders?
International Shipments or orders placed with
an international credit card may not be able to
pay with only a credit card and we may require
you to wire transfer payment prior to us shipping
the products. uksoftwaretech is not responsible
for any duties, taxes or charges which are imposed
by the destination country.
What
is your Sales VAT policy?
All our prices are including VAT. VAT invoice
issued with every order dispatched. It would be
advisable to keep this invoice as it will be required
if you exercise your warranty.
What
is your Return Policy?
14 days for return or exchange with prior authorization
only. Email our return department to obtain a
RMA (Return Authorization Number) RMA@uksoftwaretech.com. Returns will not be accepted without a
return authorization number. Returns received
by uksoftwaretech without a return authorization
number will not be the responsibility of uksoftwaretech.
Please be aware that a return authorization number
does not constitute any final disposition. After
we receive your return, it must go through inspection
and then will be assessed for refund or exchange.
All returns must include all merchandise or services
sold under the same order number and invoice.
Please understand these orders are often sold
as a kit/package and we cannot resell those items
independently. We will therefore not accept partial
order returns, regardless of the reason for return,
unless specifically authorized by us in writing.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition
and must include all original packaging and printed
material in original unaltered condition. Do not
write on the manufacturers' box. Extended warranty
services fees are not refundable unless you return
the physical Warranty Card unaltered with its'
original serial number. Cancellation numbers must
be obtained by email from a uksoftwaretech. Depending
on the status of the order, we may, at our discretion,
reject a cancellation request since technically
we may be unable to disrupt the automated order
and delivery process. Thus without a proper cancellation
number, any other conformations you may obtain
by error are considered void and you are subject
to shipping and restocking fees. Failure of following
these terms will result in a denial of a return
or exchange. Batteries, Film, and Videotapes,
which are opened or used are never returnable.
Special order items including Video Projectors,
Televisions, Monitors, iPAQs, Laptops, Software
are non-returnable. Save your receipt, it’s
to be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturers
warranties. Repairs on defective merchandise are
handled by the manufacturer and not uksoftwaretech
unless otherwise specified on the receipt. Should
you accidentally receive an item defective upon
delivery or an item you may find not exactly as
originally described, please contact our customer
service department immediately so we can promptly
replace the item and arrange a return. Please
be aware that it is a time sensitive issue, as
due to the nature of our business we can usually
only request refunds or exchanges from the manufacturers/vendors
immediately after you receive the merchandise.
Should you prefer to receive a refund, you will
have to return all other items sold along with
the same order, with the same conditions set forth
above for standard returns. Should you fail to
notify us of the issue within 14 business days,
we will deem the order sold and accepted as-is.
Any claim subsequent to the 14 days, will be treated
as a simple buyer's remorse situation with all
its’ customary conditions, as you elected
to accept the merchandise as-is.
What
is your Shipping Policy?
We at uksoftwaretech know how important it is
to our customers to receive their merchandise
within a reasonable amount of time. This is why
uksoftwaretech offers all kinds of shipping arrangements
to meet our customer’s needs. From UPS Ground,
Royal mail special and recorded delivery is also
available.
I
have not received my order? Item posted but not
yet received
There are several reasons why an item you ordered
may not have been received:
Item posted but not yet received
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days
from date of posting. We will need to wait 14
days before being able to trace lost items. If
you think your item has been lost and the initial
14 days have passed click the button above, select
the item and follow the on-screen instructions.
Item
not yet available (pre-order)
If you have pre-ordered an item, we will hold
your order and dispatch the item to you as soon
as stock is available. Your card is not charged
until the order is processed and packed.
Item temporarily out of stock
If an item goes out of stock we will hold your
order and dispatch the item to you as soon as
stock is available. Your card is not charged until
the order is processed and packed.
Item
unavailable
In the event that an item becomes unavailable
we will email you to let you know and automatically
refund your card.
Account
declined (payment not processed)
This could be a result of one of the following reasons:
Your address does not match the billing address for the card you have used
Your card has insufficient funds to complete the transaction
Your card has been cancelled
We advise you to contact your card provider if any of the above occur.
