In addition it will help us if we can see the problem on the page as you are seeing it. This can be done by providing us with a screen grab. Screen grabs of a webpage are taken by holding the "Prt Scr" key down and then right clicking and pasting the page into an email or Word document.

(2) Let us have as much detail as possible
There are literally dozens of potential causes for most website problems.When describing the problem, start at the beginning and explain each and every single step you are taking, and describe in detail what goes wrong.

Error messages may seem like nonsense to you, but they mean something to us. Copy and paste any error messages into your problem report so the webmaster can read them.
